Let the Song of the Divine echo across every home and heart.
To ensure a coordinated, inspiring, and value-based celebration of Geeta Jayanti Mahotsava 2025, all organisers are requested to follow the below guidelines while planning and registering their Offline Events.

🌿 1. Choose Your Format: Events That Inspire
Organisers may conduct one or more of the following activities based on local interest and feasibility:

1. Various Events under Geeta Jayanti
✨ Processions & Public Outreach
Shobha Yatra / Granth Yatra / Pothi Yatra
Car & Bike Rally with Geeta flags and slogans

📖 Geeta Parayan
Chanting from minimum 3 Adhyayas to Sampoorna Parayan (18 Adhyayas)
Use authentic LearnGeeta text (digital or printed)
Include Geeta Aarati to conclude with reverence.
You may also organize a musical Geeta recitation (Sangeetmay Geeta Parayan)
Karaoke Audio of all chapters will be available — you will need to sing the chapter along with it.
Musical Audio with Chapter Verses — a pre-recorded version sung with music will be available, which you can play and recite along with.”

You may host a single event or a vibrant combination — let your local spirit guide you.
Geeta Prachar and Book Stall
Use this festival as a platform to promote LearnGeeta Online Classes and expand Geeta learning in your region:
Geeta can be promoted by setting up book stalls at various places.

All events must be registered via the official Geeta Jayanti Mahotsava 2025 Portal (link coming soon).
The portal supports multiple Indian languages for ease of access.
Upon successful registration, organisers will receive:

✅ Adhyaya Audios for practice
✅ Drawing Sheets (PDF) for children’s activities
✅ Quiz Question Sets for competitions
✅ Certificate Templates & Reporting Format
✅ Request Letter Format for Rally Permission and Protocol Guidelines
A WhatsApp Group Link will be shared post-registration to connect with the Geeta Pariwar Coordination Team for updates and support.

📖 3. Event Conduct: With Devotion & Discipline
Begin every program with Mangalacharan / Geeta Shloka Chanting
Maintain decorum, safety, and spiritual focus throughout
Use only authentic LearnGeeta materials for Parayan
During rallies, follow all local administrative and traffic guidelines
Encourage participation from schools, temples, societies, and families
Parayan events may be Public or Personal.
Public events will be displayed on the Geeta Pariwar’s Geeta Jayanti Portal, enabling sadhaks from nearby region to join and participate.

4. Material for the event - Store.learngeeta.com
All official materials (banners, PDFs, quiz sets, certificates, etc.) will be provided in digital format only via the portal.
Organisers are responsible for local printing and distribution as per their event needs.

To enhance the devotional atmosphere and visibility of your event, select items are available for paid order via the official Geeta Pariwar Online Store:
🛕 Geeta Mandir – Portable altar for parayan setups or home use
🧣 Geeta Scarf / Angavastram – Ideal for rallies, volunteers, and dignitaries
🏵️ Geeta Memento / Souvenir – For gifting or participant recognition
Organisers may order these items for use in Shobha Yatras, Geeta Parayan, or as event memorabilia.

📸 5. Documentation & Certification
After your event, fill out the Event Report Form on the portal
Upload:
Number of participants
Activities conducted
Brief event summary
Share photos/videos via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc., and include links in the report
Upon approval, organisers can download their Certificate of Participation
Outstanding events may be featured in the National Highlights Report
